Korea Food for The Hungry International Zambia (KFHIZ) is a non-profit Christian Organisation. It focuses on Child Development Programs, Emergency Relief and Community Development programs. We are looking for:

1. Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Brief

Work along with department leaders, working on day to day activities to ensure proper running of the organisation.

Location: Ndola

1.1 Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or any other related Social Sciences
  • Experience working in community development programmes
  • Grade Twelve Certificate

1.2 Requirements

  • Must be a Christian
  • Field experience in Administration and Management
  • Vibrant in Bemba and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other peripheral Devices

1.3 Added Advantages

  • Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Prioritization and problem-solving.
  • Experience in Organsation and planning.
  • Experience in Research and analysis
  • Pays Attention to detail.
  • Acquired Phone Etiquette.

2. Position: Field Officers

Job Brief

In consultation with the supervisor of the Child Development Program, the Field Officers will be able to plan for field work, make assessment on program beneficiaries, evangelise to beneficiaries, and must reports to Supervisor.

2.1 Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Development Studies, Sociology Community Development or any other related Social Sciences.
  • Grade Twelve Certificate

2.2 Requirements

  • Must be a Christian
  • Experience: At least 2 years’ field experience in Child and Community Development Programs.
  • Ability to perform with minimum supervision
  • Vibrant in Bemba and any other local language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other peripheral Devices
  • Preferably, a Ndola Resident

2.3 Added Advantages

  • Should at least have a Motorcycle license and Experience in Driving
  • Good Communication (written and verbal)
  • Organizational Skills
